What is POPStation?

POPStation (Pick Own Parcel Station) is a new and secure way to collect your parcels. You can now shop online with SingPost's retail partners and have your items delivered to a POPStation near you for self-collection 24/7 at your own convenience.

No more missed deliveries, rushing for closing times at out showroom or pick-up location.

POPStations allow you to collect a parcel at a time and place convenient and discreet for you, especially when you are purchasing something sensitive for your own pleasure.

 

Who can use the POPStation self-collection service?

POPStation self-collection service is available to all customers who wish pick up their items from any one of the 170+ POPStations located in Singapore e.g. If you are a tourist who do not yet have a hotel room allocated and would rather pick your items up at a POPStation at Changi Airport upon arrival.

 

How does POPStation work?

After you have completed your order, select POPStation as your preferred delivery address and choose the location most convenient for you.

You will receive a SMS and E-mail notification once the parcel is delivered to your POPStation and you can pop down to collect it 24/7.

How much time do I have to collect my parcel from the POPStation?

You will have 5 days from the time you receive the sms/email notification or the Delivery Advice to collect your parcel from the designated POPStation.

If you fail to collect your parcel within 5 days of receiving a notification, your parcel will be sent to the post office at Singapore Post Centre.

At Singapore Post Centre, you will have another 3 working days* to pick up. If you fail to do so, your parcel will be returned to us.

What happen if there are no lockers available when my parcel arrives?

Your order will be redirected to a designated Post office and you will be notified via email once the item is delivered to the Post Office.

Can I authorise someone to collect my parcel from POPStation?

Yes, you can authorise someone to collect on your behalf. Simply forward the notification email, SMS or Delivery Advice to the authorised person at your discretion.

How secure is POPStation?

POPStation has a secure electronic mechanism. If the power fails, the locker unit will close down and all doors remain shut. The units will restart when the power is restored.
