Question: What currency are your prices on the website?

All prices stated on the website are in Singapore Dollars.


Question: Can the order be delivered today?

Yes, we have same day courier delivery available. Cut off time is 12.30pm for 1-3.30pm delivery, 3pm for 3pm-7pm delivery, and 7:30pm for 8pm-11pm delivery.


No minimum spending is required for same day courier delivery! Free delivery for orders above $88, and $10 delivery fee for orders below $88.

Question: What payment methods do you accept?

All payments can be by : Cash on Delivery (Local Only) , Bank Transfer (PayNow accepted), Credit Card OR PayPal (*Credit Card Payment can be done within PayPal even without a PayPal Account, Horny.SG do not keep your card information.) 


Question: Why isn’t PayPal working for me?

Please check your credit card billing address is correct (your credit card billing address might differ from your shipping address). All payment by PayPal requires postal code to be entered in the billing form 


Question: Do I need to register in order to purchase?

You can still purchase items as a "Guest" without registering an account with horny.sg .  However, the system will require information details from you each time you check out as "Guest". 


Question: Do you have a physical shop?

Yes. We have our main flagship showroom @ Bendemeer and Upper Serangoon outlet which are both open daily from 11am - 8pm (including weekends and public holidays)

Question: Can I request for self-collection?

Yes of course, you may pick up your items from our two locations at your convenience. We will SMS/WhatsApp you once your item is ready for collection. You may find out more here: Self-Collection


Question: What if I haven't received my order?

Question: Why can't I use this promotion code?

Each order placed is only entitled to 1 promotion code. Alternatively some of the promotion codes may only be available for specific items/brands.

Question: Are there alternative methods to purchase if I don’t want to use the website?

You may send us a message (SMS/WhatsApp) at +65 9777-2176  with the following: 

1) The item/s you wish to purchase 

2) A valid email address 

3) A valid mailing or delivering address - with postal code 

4) Your preferred Payment method ( COD/ BANK TRANSFER/ PAYPAL ) 

5) Your preferred Shipping method ( SAME-DAY Delivery 3-7pm OR 8-11pm / Self collection / postage ) 

* We will send you a confirmation upon receiving your order via SMS / WhatsApp as soon as possible


Question: What is your returns, exchange and warranty policy?

Horny.sg offers 14 days warranty upon delivery and on-site exchange policy

Terms & Conditions of Return Policy

  1. All items sold are non-refundable once purchased.
  2. If your received item(s) fail to function, please contact us within 14 days. Instructions will be given for a one to one replacement.
  3. Each identified defective is only entitled to 1 exchange. Horny.sg reserve the right to reject faulty items that Horny.sg deem damaged by misuse, or due to incidental damages at our discretion.
  4. If the item is out of stock, either an alternative product will be recommended for replacement, or store credits will be reimbursed to your account.
  5. Any plastic film or packaging of product must NOT be removed due to hygiene purposes.
  6. In the event if a wrong item was being delivered, Horny.sg will replace the correct one ASAP. The return item(s) must not be used and should be returned with the original packaging.
  7. The following brands are entitled to 1- Year local (Singapore) warranty coverage: Arcwave, Fun Factory, Iroha, LELO, LoveHoney, Lovense, Orctan, Romp, Tenga, We-Vibe, Womanizer
    This means if you experience issues within 1-year of purchase, Horny.sg will do a direct replacement free of charge.
  8. For Items with 1-Year Warranty Coverage, Horny.sg only covers for exterior (e.g. scratches, dents, stains) or manufacturing defects within the first 7 days of purchase. Otherwise only mechanical or electronic malfunction is warranted within 1-Year of purchase.
  9. For defects on non-mechanical products that includes but not limited to 'male masturbators, onaholes, dongs and dildos, penile rings and sleeves', must be reported to enquiry@horny.sg by email with images within 48 hours of purchase, for our team to review the eligibltiy of a replacement. It is important to note that such defects should be reported before any use, as wear and tear will not qualify as a proof of initial defects.
  10. Customers will bear the shipping cost of the replacement item or opt for self-collection at our Bendemeer showroom. 
  11. Horny.sg would constantly review and remove products with low quality and high defective rates from time to time. For products purchased with warranty that are unavailable or discontinued, please contact enquiry@horny.sg for further instructions on replacement.
  12. Do note, products that are 'not' sealed will be tested before sending out to our customers. For sealed products, it will only be tested upon request.
  13. For lingerie and undergarments, exchange is strictly not allowed due hygiene issues. Please check size or measurements under 'product specification' tab of each item before making a purchase. One to one exchange is only for visible defects on the fabric.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  1. Horny.sg will NOT be held responsible for any damages, loss or non-delivery of items via Registered Mail, POPstation or any other Courier Delivery options, although this happens very rarely. Deliveries are made subject to the carrier's terms and conditions of service, which are out of our control.
  2. Orders will only be shipped after payments have been received.
  3. Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our products, Horny.sg do not accept returns or refunds unless otherwise stated on the product page. All sales are final.
  4. Horny.sg will never accept returned products and put them up for sale again. This policy is strictly enforced as this is a matter of business ethics.
  5. Horny.sg is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products and Horny.sg site.
  6. Horny.sg will not be held liable for any injury or irritation caused by improper use of our products
  7. By making a purchase on Horny.sg, you are deemed to have agreed to the above policies and our terms & conditions.

Question: How do I request for warranty exchange of my faulty product?

You may drop us an email (enquiry@horny.sg) with your order number and name of the product that you wish to request for an exchange. Our team will follow up with you on the exchange process (e.g. request for photo/videos of the faulty product).
